Baltic Wharf Riverside Revival
These web pages outline a vision of how the Baltic Wharf site might be revived and what it could look like in the future. In October 2007, South Hams District Council published the Totnes and Dartington Preferred Options Plan, which highlights Baltic Wharf as one of the key sites in the town for redevelopment.

The site owners are therefore consulting the local community on preliminary plans that will retain the boatyard and existing businesses on site. The plans will retain existing jobs and create 300 new jobs. Public access will be provided as well as affordable home and long-term care for the elderly– all within a green development utilising low carbon technology.
